The Gastronomy Club SUMAK concentrated on gastropathy, molecular gastronomy and culinary art in the combination of eye pleasure, culture and health. World cuisine culture and food history, Turkish, Ottoman, Mediterranean, Far East and modern kitchen techniques are main interest of SUMAK. The club is organizing degustation and cooking activities.
