How can I obtain my policy certificate?
To obtain your policy certificate, please send an email to ecem.atilla@bmsgroup.com including your Foreign ID Number (Yabancı Kimlik Numarası) and a photo of your passport.
The Private Health Insurance provided by our University has been renewed with Türkiye Sigorta. As of this term, our brokerage firm is BMS Group Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş.
Mobile Application Access: The transfer of mobile phone numbers to Türkiye Sigorta's systems has not yet been completed. Once the transfer has been finalized, you will be able to download the Türkiye Sigorta mobile application and access your policy information by following the steps in the user guide.
