Extracurricular Student Activities Award

Dear Members of Sabancı University,

The nomination process for the 2025-26 academic year has begun for the Extracurricular Student Activities Awards Ceremony, which we organize to reward your activities that add meaning to Sabancı University's colorful and dynamic campus life. With its renewed concept and scope in recent years, we are working to make our awards ceremony even more exciting and thrilling each year.

We would like to thank all our students who embody our university's motto of “Creating and Developing Together” at every moment and who shape the energy and spirit of our campus. Your dedicated work and creative projects make this university more special every day.

This year, our nominees will be evaluated based on the following criteria.

If the nominated club activity does not have approval from the Event Management system, the nomination will not be considered for evaluation.

If the nominated sports team and athlete do not have approval from TÜSF (Turkish University Sports Federation), the nomination will not be considered for evaluation.

Each club and event can be nominated in each category but can receive awards in a maximum of 2 categories.

Multiple events of a club or team can be nominated in the same or different categories.

Only Sabancı University members can submit nominations.

The responses provided will be used as a basis for the jury's evaluation.

It is important that your explanations are concrete, clear, and verifiable.

Additional documentation may be requested if deemed necessary.

If there are no nominees meeting the criteria in a category, no award will be given in that category.
